Martin's Process Control Includes:
- Martin's owner, Jeff Baker, will meet with the homeowner to gather ideas and discuss designs and evaluate costs to arrive at a "all-in-one", value-added approach.
- We will create a preliminary design and a fixed price budget.
- We will revisit the site to review the design and budget making changes to result in an "Action Plan".
- We provide you with a written, exceptionally detailed contract complete with specifications for each element and stage of the project.
- We contract for a specific design, order materials, schedule the project and set a date to commence building.
- Field superintendent Mark Thorpe works on your project as job manager and coordinator. Mark has over 18 years of successful experience in the remodeling industry.
- Upon completion, we perform a final walk through with the homeowner assuring their complete satisfaction.
